Technical lift usually lands in weeks 3 to 4, especially speed, mobile responsiveness, PDP friction, and checkout cleanup. Revenue impact depends on traffic quality, offer strength, and how fast the approved fixes go live.
Do you guarantee a specific revenue lift?
No. We do not promise the same revenue lift for every store. We do guarantee a clear diagnosis, prioritized fixes, implementation discipline, and measurement against your own Shopify and GA4 data.
Who do you work with?
DTC Shopify brands doing $50,000 a month or more, where the founder is English-speaking. If you're under that floor, we're not the right fit yet. If your store is on WooCommerce, Magento, or a custom stack, we're also not the right fit.
Do I need to manage the project?
No. We run the roadmap, ship the work, and report every two weeks. You approve strategy on a 30-minute call. That's it.
What does this cost?
We work on a monthly retainer. The number isn't fixed: it moves with store size, scope, and how deep the fixes go. We give you a concrete quote after the free audit call, once we've actually seen your analytics and know what the work is.
Don't you use AI? How is that different from what my intern can do?
Yes, we use AI inside our workflow. It speeds up scaffolding, schema, copy drafts, and test-case generation. What it doesn't do is make architecture decisions or approve commits. Everything we ship gets benchmarked against Lighthouse and Clarity recordings before it goes live. An intern pasting prompts into ChatGPT doesn't have that loop.
What's the minimum engagement length?
Ninety days for CRO retainers. That gives enough time for research, implementation, QA, measurement, and the first iteration cycle. Page speed projects are scoped separately as one-time builds.
